Leecia has senior executive experience and well-developed competencies for leadership, strategic thinking and execution, operational management and building productive relationships. Leecia is highly experienced in the research and development environment offering the following key strengths:

– Setting strategy, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and leading change-management in a  complex environment.

– Identifying customer needs and designing investment to meet those needs, including business case development.

– Business analysis, modelling and risk profiling.

Leecia holds a Bachelor of Science degree with post graduate Applied Finance and Investment qualification, PRINCE2 certificates and has graduated from the Australian Rural Leadership Program. Leecia has worked with Spiegare previously to service client needs and to successfully achieve desired outcomes for industry.
